Frantz’s Tumor: A Case Report

Abstract
Abstract: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms of the pancreas are rare neoplasms, responsible for 1-2% of all pancreatic tumors and are predominantly female in general and are called Frantz’s tumors. The treatment of choice is the resection of the lesion, and it is usually curative. This study aims to carry out a case report with a description of the clinical history of the treatment of an atypical case of Frant’z tumor with rare clinical and radiological presentation, diagnosed at the Hospital Regional do Cariri. The elaboration of this work documental analysis.
