Education, Science Publication Articles and AI: A comment on the pros and cons

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing many parts of society. Education and scientific production are no exceptions. Combining AI with education and research creates a variety of opportunities and obstacles that must be considered carefully. Based on research and expert opinions, this article will briefly examine the benefits and disadvantages of using AI in Education and, in particular, in scientific production. This Editorial discusses the application of AI in the production of scientific articles as a way to positively transform academic research. However, it is essential to address ethical, intellectual property and quality issues to ensure that this transformation is sustainable and beneficial to the scientific community. This demonstrates the continued expansion of this very important and particularly topical research topic.
