Abstract
This article is nothing more than a preliminary study on the essential aspects of public health management, which can be implemented by professionals in the field and others involved in this process, with the aim of achieving significant results in favor of a quality system. This work addresses the mechanisms necessary to better serve the target audience (patients in different segments). Furthermore, the text presents some reservations that seek to establish connections between the skills and knowledge required so that health professionals can perform their work adequately, in this sense, which can result in positive impacts when care is applied according to the strategies studied, thus, resulting in the optimization of customer service.
