Abstract

Dysgerminoma is the most common malignant germ cell tumor in the ovary, representing 1% of all ovarian tumors. They occur in the second and third decade of life. In pre-menarche patients, it presents with a pelvic mass, compressing structures and organs, which may manifest with an acute abdomen. In this article, we report a case of a patient with dysgerminoma.
